A preliminary meeting to discuss your budget, wish listing, needs, and wants in a home and to answer any questions you have. We will talk about the budget, area of interest, timeline, how many bed/bath, style of home, school districts, and more. I will set up a search explicitly designed to fit your needs.
START THE LENDING PROCESS
If a loan is required to purchase, it is best to start the process before ever even looking at houses. Learning what your loan terms, interest rate, and payments could be for specific price points is excellent knowledge to have when we are ready to write your offer. Sellers and their agents will want to see a copy of your prequalification letter along with your purchase agreement at the time of your offer; that way, they can trust you can afford the home you are trying to purchase.
Time to start touring all those homes you have been up late at night looking at on the computer. We will set a time to see the list of homes that interest you. I will walk you through each house and point out all the positives and negatives, offer design advice, and take notes and make a note of any questions you may have about the properties.
PURCHASE AGREEMENTS | CLOSING
Once you find the house you want to write an offer on, I will do extensive research on the property and provide you with all the information you need to make an educated decision on price and terms. I will then compile your offer, review and explain contracts and conditions, negotiations, work through inspections and appraisals, order title work to prepare for closing. I will guide you through the process, making it as easy and stress-free as possible.
OPTIONAL DESIGN SERVICES
Now that we found you the perfect place, it's time do make it feel like home! When you are ready, we can then schedule a design consultation and start the design of your new home. I can assist you with selecting new tile, paint, flooring, or anything else that needs a fresh look. I can even help you with the purchasing and installation of furniture, art, and accessories; we can customize a design plan for your specific project.
