I can assist in finish selections and create a furniture and decor package that can include furniture, art, accessories, area rugs, and complete installation of all selected items leaving the model home looking picture-perfect.  

With years of experience in decorating model homes, apartments, clubhouses, office spaces, residential homes, and staging houses to sell, I am confident I can help you with any real estate or design project you might have. I will provide you with a detailed plan of what you need to do to get your house listed and sold for the best price and terms possible. When staging, we can use your already existing items, or create a furniture and decor package for you. Each job is personalized to fit the client's needs.

I can do as little as finish selections during construction (title, flooring, and lighting) or as much as designing and furnishing the home. Working with your budget in mind, I will purchase and install all furniture, art, accessories, and have it fully designed.

Anything from paint, furniture, art, accessories, I can assist you with purchasing and redesigning by using some or all existing items. Once the design is complete, I will then fully install (hang art, place accessories, rugs, etc.), everything leaving your home decorated and picture-perfect.
